REM Features

General

• Allows real estate agents to maintain their individual property listings on a website
• Allows multiple agents to use separate passwords to edit their listings only.Also enables agents to combine their listings with others in a search driven multi-listing service
• The administration/publishing interface is web browser-based, making it accessible from anywhere. No software needed to buy for your computer. Use from home, work, the road .... anywhere you have internet access.

Listings Editor

• Individual agents can add new listings without any HTML or FTP knowledge.
• Add, modify, or delete listings.
• Search through existing listings by keyword(s).
• Listings contain the following default fields: Address, MLS #, City, State, Price, Preview Description, Full Description, Type, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Stories, Square Feet, Lot Size , Age of Home, Fireplaces, Near School, Near Transit, Ocean View, Lake View, Mountain View, Ocean Waterfront, Lake Waterfront, River Waterfront. But you can add or edit any field.
• Change the name and data type of any existing field and add additional custom fields up to a total of 75 listing fields.
• Upload up to 10 images for each property.

Homepage Editor

• Each agent is given a page by CDG, (if needed). They can update their page without any HTML or FTP knowledge.
• Homepages contain the following default fields: Specialty, Background, Phone, Fax, Cellular, Pager, Email to help you build your agent page quickly.
• Upload up to 10 images to associate with your agent page.

Search Engine Features

• Customizable Fields - Customize the search engine to search by your preferred fields.
• Search by range. (i.e. Show all listings between $100,000 and $150,000 dollars etc)
• Search by keyword - Show all listings that match the keyword. (i.e. Sikeston, County)
• Search by salesperson - Show all listings by a specific salesperson, agent or agency.
• Sort Order - Show results sorted by any field. (i.e. year, price, )
• Results per page - Control how many results are shown on each search results page.
• Mark New Listings - New listings can be shown with NEW icon or text by listing.
• Show New Listings - Option to show only new listings added in the last X days.
• Field Matching or Index Searching: permits searches by display number or catalog listing.
• Feature Based Searches: permits searches on specific criteria. (bedrooms, bathrooms, view, etc)

User Manager

• CDG can add, modify, and erase users.
• Add unlimited users to the system.

Setup Options

• Define custom fields.
• Republish all listings, homepages, or entire site.
• Choose how many fields are listed per page
