     Cost is $35/month, billed quarterly with first billing to start the first of the next month after you've signed up. ($105.00/qtr.) An annual fee of $25 is due to the Stoddard County Board of Real Estate upon sign-up. With your application we will set up a training session to learn site techniques, site editing or both. Upon sign-up you will be added to our email list so we can offer tips and ideas for marketing and for ease of use of the multi-list service.
